Hi Robert,
I'm sorry that I have no info on this Lydia Dopp. I suspect she is a relative because there were several Dopp families living in this area at the time.
I do have a Lydia Dopp b. 1805, d. 1888 who lived in rural Grove, NY. I believe she married her 1st cousin John Dopp.
I've added your info to my database in case I can find any additional information.
