Robert Dowling/Duling ca.1680 DNA markers

This week I received the 27 marker results from Ethnoancestry.com for my cousin Larry Dulin. The results are listed at Ysearch.org code HEXS7. From the Haploview report, "You belong to the Pretani subgroup, a marker of descent from the first people to cross to the British Isles and Ireland. This group must have arisen early in the settlement of the Isles, indeed the ancient Irish and Pictish subgroups are sister groups to your own." I believe this would be considered the Irish Type III group. The DYS390 marker for Larry Dulin is 24. The Doolin DYS390 marker is 23. When I did searches to match Larry's DNA the Doolin markers were not in the results.
