Doody - Chicago area 1930s

Hi everyone!

I am currently looking for information on one of my family lineages.

My paternal grandmother was Nancy D. Walsh (maiden Doody) married to John F. Walsh. They lived in the south suburbs of Chicago (Oak Lawn for all my life). Nancy died in March of 2003. Together with John, they had 5 children: John, James, Robert, Therese, and Michael. I am one of 9 grandchildren.

Nancy was one of 6 siblings: Laura Veselka, Dorothy Kuchan, Dolores Rauser, Mary Buttler and William Doody.

That's where the trail ends. I believe that they all lived in the Chicagoland area during that time. The Doodys are 100% Irish and Nancy's parents may be the first to come to the United States from Ireland (not fully sure, though). I also know that Nancy was born in the 1930's

If you have any information, please respond! I really want trace back from where I am today.
