According to the book, Joseph and Joan (Codner) Bubar, and Some of Their Descendants, 1645-1998, compiled by George Hayward, Zachariah was the son of David Doody and Elizabeth Bubar. David died 1856 and she married, second, John Kelley.
Do you know the name of Sarah Ann Parks' parents? I have Parks in the same area at the same time. If you are connected to the same family, and I assume you are, there is a Parks Family mailing list with a lot of information on it.
