Hi! That Decatur street address rings a bell. I will have to do some deep digging to find it. It seems my sister was insistent that we had relatives on Decatur Street in NYC, but for some reason I am leaning towards MA, but I can't remember why. Since I'm elbows deep into researching another branch of the family, I'll have to go deep into the archives to check this out and surely, that will take me a bit of time.
I do know for a fact, however, that my grandfather had a sister by the name of Mary Agnes Donovan who married a John Burns and lived somewhere in MA, close to the Boston area, I believe. They had two children, John Burns and Mary Burns. John Burns married a Carol O'Halloran, but never had children and Mary Burns never married at all.
Please let me know if any of this feels like a loose connection. Good luck!
