John Donovan "born Ireland" 1840. Wife Sarah "born Ireland 1842.
Oldest child,Mary,born 1863 "in Massachusetts."
By 1863,when Mary born,John would have been 23 and Sarah 21.
Assume Sarah married no sooner than age 16-year of 1858. Also
assuming they married in Ireland,they would have to come by boat
sometime between 1858-1862. Looking for ships immigrant records
for John & Sarah Donovan between these dates. Don't know how to
do this!
Want to find irish ancestors, but don't know what county or
village they came from. Assume ship records would say.
