Can someone tell me where I write to get a copy of my uncle's marriage which took place in Queens Co. NYC, on July 26, 1915. They were John J. O'Shea and Mary E. Donovan, both from Co. Cork. I was told certificates of marriage weren't required in 1915. Is that true? Thanks for any help.
