Hi Todd,

I am always intrigued by posts about Donovans in Co Waterford, because so many came from Cork. My own Donovans also came from Waterford, altho they are from Clashmore, not Tallow. Do you have any other info on the family of Michael?

Were the children of Michael and Margaret born in Ireland or in the US??? Did Michael and Margaret emmigrate as well?

I did a quick search of the 1880 census for Fall River, MA and found an entry for a Michael, born in 1870, married to a Catherine? They were living with a Margaret Ronan and her daughter, Marian. Don't know if that's the right one or not - like I said, it was a quick search. But I realized I needed more info for a more thorough search. Give me time frames and I will see if I can find anything for you.

Sharon
