Jeremiah and Mary emigrated 1870, Jeremiah died 1915. I am trying to look into this lineage further, as my great-grandfather Cornelius O'Donovan Rossa emigrated to Bermondsey, London, England from Co Cork around 1890-95, my grandfather John O'Donovan Rossa was born in Bermondsey 1896, youngest of 8. O'Donovan Rossa's were often from Cahermore (just north of Roscarberry), tenants of Thomas Hungerford, who apparently was a decent landlord (comparitively) - most of the Hungerfords were hated. Family hearsay has it that Cornelius directly descended from Jeremiah - I am trying to find out more, and any info or links you have would be greatly appreciated.

Best wishes

Paul.
