Hi Mary,
My Father's family are the Donovans of Pittsburgh, originally from County Cork, Ireland. They live in Wales now. My Grandfather was Dennis Donovan, and he had a brother named Harpo, real name Joe, I think. My Great-Grandmother was Nora Donovan. Evidently there were other brothers besides harpo but my father never met them. There was some kind of falling out between Dennis (my Grandpa) and Joe (or Harpo), and by the time I was born they didn't speak at all. I don't know much about this side of the family but I have an aunt still in the Pittsburgh area who does.
I just realized how old your message was. So I hope that this site e-mails people when they get replies to their postings. Would be nice if we could find some of our Donovan relatives.
