Hi Eleanor! Any chance your Jeremiah and Hannah Donovan ended up in England around 1869? My gggrandfather Patrick Donovan was born around then somewhere in England to a Jeremiah and Hannah Donovan (who were Irish). That's all the information I have on Patrick and his family until he shows up in Fall River, Massachusetts marrying a Margaret Riley in 1888. Any chance there's a connection to your Donovans? Thanks in advance!
