From Britain to New Brunswick, CANADA

I have just found this page and am certainly curious about all the different groups of Donners. As I understand it my great grandfather, William Harold Donner, and my great grandmother, left from outside of Birmingham in Britain to come to New Brunswick around the end of the 1800's. They settled in St.John, New Brunswick. I know the family history from that point on, but don't know before that. Of course I have always wondered if I was related to the "Donner Party" Donners. I am currently in Toronto.
