My ggg grandfather, Patrick Donnelly was born, I believe in Cork County, Ireland in 1802. Emigrated to Toronto, Canada about 1825. Married Margaret Lyons (b. 1814), also from Cork County. I think you have a wonderful idea. There used to be a similar genealogical website on the "Black Donnelly" website in Lucan Ontario but it has been discontinued. Because of the social upheaval and poverty of our Irish ancestors, records seem to be hard to find. We need to pool our resources. Please e-mail me with your web address when you get it going.
