Bernie, my mother was a Donnelly, b. Auburn, New York, dtr of Peter James Donnelly and
Mary (McGeever) Donnelly. Her paternal gfather was John Donnelly, born in Ireland,
son of Daniel Donnelly and Rose Gannon. He and Margaret (Elycet) Donnelly (for whom I am named) came from Ireland c 1866 with four children. Have names of the children if you
are interested, but have no idea where they came from in Ireland. County Tyrone has been mentioned by the sole remaining cousin of my mother's generation but he's not certain. Anything you can do to shed light for me will be greatly appreciated. Have been to Ireland twice and we plan another trip next
fall, and would love to travel to where they
started! Peggy.
