Hello Michael,
My mother is a Donnelly from Vernon River, which is approximately 10km from Vernon Bridge. We are not related to the Donnellys in Vernon Bridge, however, as PEI is such a small place, she knows them. Mom recommends you call the Vernon River Catholic Church, and you can speak to Father Tingley (I believe he is the priest there), it is in the PEI phone book under Vernon River.
