Hello, I just saw your email. I think that I have run into the Donnelly name in Co. Down. My Donnelly .....as far as I know from my granda came from Co. Armagh.
However he did marry an Elizabeth Sloane from Co. Down. I do have a list that I have access to and I'll have a look for your Donnelly name. I did see it and was surprised to find it in Co. Down but that is near enough to Armagh.
