William Donald c1775, Aberdeenshire

I am trying to find the parents of my 5 x great grandfather William Donald. He married a Barbara Fraser on 9th January 1803 in the parish of Cluny in Aberdeenshire. I have a strong hunch that he may have originated in the parish of Oldmeldrum but cannot find conclusive proof. They had five children all born on the Castle Fraser estate; Francis b 29.8.1803, William b 1805,Christian b 1807, John b 1810 and Katherine b 1814. My direct ancestor is Francis who went on to marry Elizabeth Brownie and lived in Bourtie near Oldmeldrum. It would appear that William died prior to 1854.Any help to break through this block to the next generation would be greatly appreciated.
