Need help to search data in Ireland

Hello,

I'm a frenchman and I have some problems to make my genealogy. The mother of my great grand father has been born in Belfast (1835 or 1836). Her name is Elisa Donaghy. Her father was James Donaghy and her mother was Jeanne Mac Ken, they lived in Belfast and they were respectively 50 years and 49 years in 1862.

I search a mean to find data in North Ireland about these persons. If someone can help me.
