I am looking for information on Joseph Peltier who was listed in the 1870 U.S. New Orleans, Louisiana census as being born in St. Domingo. He was listed with my g grandfather Napolean Peltier and his family. I don't know if he is Napolean's father or otherwise related. Napolean was born in Canada in 1838. If anyone can shed some light on this family I'd appreciate hearing from you. Thanks, Marie
