Thanks for your reply to my message. My friend's brother, Billy Dominey would have been born sometime between 1936 and 1941. My friend was placed with another family when she was 4 years old, but she remembers having twin brothers who were younger than she was.
At that time they lived in AL.
If the William you have a picture of fits into this time frame and area please let me know.
