Sharon,

Thank you for your information. This is the first information I've run across that ties Washington Cnty. Michael Domer with Johan Georg Domer's Michael. I hadn't considered this before because Washington Cnty. Michael was mentioned in connection with the Reformed Church in Hagerstown, while all of the Fred. city Domers were associated with the Luthern Church there.

I have lots of questions. You mentioned that Michael didn't immigrate until 1758. Do you know why he didn't leave with his father in '46? Who did he live with and where in Germnay. Did he travel on his own in '58 (maybe a bit young) or do you know who he traveled with?
Where was Watenburg? I can't find it (or Dotterheim)on a modern map, but I could find Ergersheim where Johan Georg, Catherine and three children are listed.
You mention Michael's wife as Mary Anna. In the Hagerstown Church records, she is listed as Anna Mary.
Thanks again for your reply to my query, and hope you have more info. Ken
