John Wesley Dollarhide was the younger brother of Matilda Dollarhide Adair Griffin, who was the mother of Mary Ann Adair, my grandmother. They were from Sevier County, Arkansas.
John and Matilda were two of the children of Cornelius Dollarhide born 1823/1826 Texas.
Cornelius married 9 March 1844 in Sevier County, Arkansas to Sarah Story. Marriage information from photo copy of the Records of State of Arkansas. They were married by James Dollarhide, JP
While looking through death records at

I decided to look for the Dollarhide name and found this death certificate.

Resided: Florence, Pinal County, Arizona
Buried: Mountain View Cemetery Casa Grand, Pinal County, Arizona
Father: John Wesley Dollarhide born Arkansas
Mother: Josie Allen Dollarhide born Arkansas
My grandparents, Joseph Andrew Story and Mary Ann Adair Story were living in Grady County, Oklahoma, having moved there in the early 1920's. John Wesley Dollarhide, and family came to visit my grandparents not long after they had moved to Oklahoma. I knew from later information, that they had gone to Arizona, but didn't know exactly where. The elder John Wesley Dollarhide was ill when they visited, but my John Wesley Dollarhide family information stopped at that point. I don't know where the elder John died, or where Josie died.
I am posting the death certificate information for the use of other descendants, who may not know of the Arizona website and the information they provide. You may also search for birth certificates up to a certain time. You may copy the original certificates.
If any Dollarhide researcher's have any further information on John and Josie Dollarhide, I would really like to fill my records.
I would especially like to know where the "Allen" as Josie's middle name came from. It has been rumored that there were more connections to the Allen/Dollarhide family, than the ones I know for sure. My aunt Hannah Effie Story married Curb Allen in Arkansas. Both died in Grady County, and are buried in Rosehill Cemetery, Chickasha, Grady County, Oklahoma, as are my grandparent Storys.
I hope this will help someone finish a genealogy.
