In the O'Brien Co., Iowa Deed Book 24 p. 606 is found an affidavit on the Dollarhide family:
Rachel Dollarhide, widow, died Feb. 20, 1880 in Edgar Co., IL, leaving children:
1) Horace Dollarhide
2) Charles R. Dollarhide
3) Joel Dollarhide, accidently killed in Edgar Co., IL on Dec. 18, 1878; married Mary J. _____, who moved her family to Hendricks Co., Indiana. Had 5 children: Iva, Lelly, Charles, Raymond, James
4) Alice Dollarhide; md. William T. Younger
5) Mary Dollarhide; md. James W. Mitchell
6) Anselin Dollarhide
7) Josephine J. Dollarhide; md. Melvin C. James
