I am researching another family named Winningham/Willingham, originally from southern Virginia, and North Carolina.

In my research, in a publication entitled, “Person County, North Carolina Marriages, 1792 – 1868,” by Kendall 1983, revealed the following information:

“Pg. 12. Henry Burch married Elizabeth Dollarhide, March 28, 1792. Bondsman: Bondsman or Witness: Sharp Winningham."

Also, I found a record of a Cornelius Dollarhyde marrying a Nancy Malone (I don't have date or location, but it would be either in southern Virginia or northern North Carolina, about the same time.) The Malones were also associated with the Winninghams/Willinghams.

I thought this might be useful information to Dollarhyde/Dollarhide researchers. Also, if anyone can fill me in on further details concerning these two people, I would appreciate it.
