parentage: Joseph Poirier & Sophie Doiron

Would anyone know the parents of Joseph Poirier b: abt 1810 & Sophie Doiron b: abt. 1812. They were married sometime before 1832 probably on Prince Edward Island. They had the following children that I am aware of:

Jean Poirier b: abt. 1832, m: 19 Nov 1863 in Miscouche to Agnés Poirier daughter of Clément Poirier and Martine Gaudet. NOTE: Jean was from St. Nicolas, PEI at the time of his marriage and he was a second to Agnés.

Onésime Poirier b: 9 Mar 1855, m: 10 Jul 1883 to Marie-Marguerite dite Maggie Arsenault daughter of Joseph A. Arsenault and Anne dite Nancy Arsenault.

Joseph Poirier b: abt. 1849 m: 21 Nov 1882 to Marie-Anne Arsenault daughter of Joseph A. Arsenault ane Anne dite Nancy Arsenault.
