I am researching my gg grandparents, Joshua Greer b. abt 1806 and Susan Doggett Greer, b abt 1811 or 1813. Found marriage records in 1829 in Clarke Co. Ga and LDS listing of their children: Joshua Jr, Mary, Martha, Annie, Susan, Henry H., William, Thomas and John. Joshua Jr. is my g grandfather. Found census records on Susan & Joshua and most of their children in Cherokee Co. Ga in mid-late 1800s. Joshua died between 1870 and 1880 census and Susan Doggett Greer is living with her daughter Susan Jordan and her son-in-law Samuel Jordan in Cherokee Co. Ga in 1880.
Can anyone help with birth locations/parents/siblings of Joshua Greer or Susan Doggett Greer, or their early married life before 1860. Sometimes I see Greer spelled Grier. Thanks for any help.
