I may have found the answer to my own question:

T. J. Doggett and family are enumerated on the 1910 Federal census in Clay County, Texas. According to that information, Isabel and T. J. had been married 41 years, making the year of their marriage 1869. The date on the widow's application for Confederate pension is February 14, 1859. However, this form clearly was not completed by Isabel, but probably by the clerk of the court who could have misunderstood the date.

If my theory is correct, then Margaret, Centha, Richard and possibly William would have been the children of Frances E. Watson.

Anyone have more concrete information?
