I'm sorry I don't think I can help you on your question. My grandmother researched her lineage some 40 years ago and traced it back to England but I would have to check to see if the information is still in the family. I ran across this site in a search for someone else but was curious about the Doe listings and when I saw the mention of a Doe coming to Iowa I thought I would see if you [or any one else ] have any more information about Does in Iowa. I have searched on the name in a general 'people finder search ' and even found a person with the same name as mine [even the same middle initial and only 35 miles away] but he had a block on his email.
