Hi Patt
I stared working on my FRENCH lines in 1962 with nothing to go on but my grandfathers name. In 1994 some how I got in touch with Warren Tait which is another cousin of ours. He gave me some information that he had gotten from his grandmother and said he had a cousin with a bible that had more information but they were not on good turms. This must be Jack. I would like to send you copy's of what I have see if the information is the same as yours and give you what you don't have and you could do the same. As I said I have a hard time typing. Send me your address and I will send you what I have. I have tried very hard to prove the information that I have. All my mother's life she wondered about her fathers family, he raised her and never spoke of them, she knew he came to Gypsun Colo. whith a Aunt and Uncle Chatfield in a covered wagon when he was twelve. That was all she knew. We found out later that his father was also there. My mother said her father never spoke of his mother but did say he had a half sister that burned to death. Just two months ago I found her. I am happy we have found each other and can fill in the blanks and help to correct any mastakes we might have. In doing my resurch we have a wondering family.
Thanks
Goldean
