HI
In reading your information on gen forum I found that you had a OBIT. for Aretus Butler. This is my line and I was wondering where you listed his children Ellis D. Butler In the 1860 census it has this child listed as a female. I had thought it was Ellen on the census, but could be Ellis, my question is is Ellis a female or could they have had a child Ellen and another one Ellis?????????????? I haven't found anyplace their were four children. Hope you can help me on this.
I do have information on his wife's line which is the French line.
