Thank you for the response. I will locate the material I have on "John Doe" and "Jane Doe" and get back to you.

My grandmother was a Doe from Wattisfield in northern Suffolk. One of the Does from that area moved down to Mt. Bures and the family spread from there to Terling and Maldon. I am a 5th cousin to an Alan Ernest Doe of Maldon. Dick Kern DocDickl7@aol.com
