Yes, I am interested In John Dod. However, as far as I can determine, Charles Dodson, Sr.'s (who died 1705 in Richmond Co., Virginia) father has never been proven. Only many speculations as to who his father was or may have been ....let alone he being a descendant of John Dod who arrived with the original Jamestown Colony group in 1607. I have studied this man for many years, along with several professional Genealogist. Maybe you are the one who found the important documented proofs for Charles Dodson, Sr's ancestors.

Can you please give us a few hints/clues of John Dod's descendants joining him to Charles Dodson, Sr. Most of us on this board descend from Charles Dodson, Sr.
