Francis Dodd's family came from Ireland to Baltimore. His father, William had a William Penn Grant in York Pennsylvania area. Francis and his sister Rosanna Dodds Collins and her husband Thomas and family left Pa. and settled in Spartanburg, SC about 1761. Rosanna & Thomas Collins are my 3rd. GreatGrandparents.
