Biggs of 269 Actually, the Phillip you are referring to was the grandson of Joseph and Mary Biggs, son of John, I think. However, Joseph and Mary also had a son Phillip who married Mary Bickerstaff and later removed to Pennsylvania and, eventually Indiana.
