Here's my husband's family:
George Philip Duddra's son Bernard b 1706, d. 1758 Montgomery Co PA, m. Christina Antes b. 1702 d. 5 Oct 1782
one of their children was Jacob b 30 Sept 1733 PA d. 3 Feb 1813 Hardwick, NJ, m. 7 Feb 1763 to Lydia Dildine (maybe Helena Lydia?) b. 30 Nov 1730 d. 1813?
one of their children was Abraham, b. 16 Feb 1771 Sussex Co NJ, d. 29 Jun 1819, same place, m. 2 Oct 1796 Hardwick NJ to Margaret Wintermute, b. 5 Aug 1778 Sussex Co, d. 29 Mar 1840, Sussex Co.
their son: Jacob Dodder (he is recorded here in IA as Dodder, not Duddra or Dodderer)b. 2 Nov 1800 Sussex Co., m. Sarah Sterling. Moved to Iowa in 1856, settled in Washington, IA, died in Ottumwa IA the week before April 16,1890. According to the 1865 IA census he was a millwright. Their daughter Hester or Esther Ann married my husband's ggrandfather Thomas Jefferson Orr on 17 Mar 1859 in Washington Co. IA (town and county have the same name.)
I have also info on the Wintermute and a tiny bit on the Dildine family, but nothing on Antes or Sterlings. Contact me, if you're interested. Hanna Orr witteorr@interl.net
