Glad to hear from you! (What's LOL?) From George Dobson's letter to my ancestor William in PEI, of 1842, He talks about Saulby & Dobson, Wine Merchants, Knaresborough. Wm.'s bro Tho.s of Hull died on Tues. 16th of August last, leaving 6 children. An Aunt Nancy Hornsby died last April and George''s father died last May in his 78th year. Aunt Martha Dawson and her family are all well. James her eldest son has been head Waiter at Mr Thakckwray(?) Brawn (Brown) Low Harrogate for several years. George is in a Spirit vaults at Pontefract. I have been married 4 years come January next and I have only one child which is a boy -- --had a brother but it is dead. NB. Samuel and Elizabeth Dobson christened a son, Samuel Twailes Dobson, on 25 Jan. 1842 in Pontefreact, York, England. LDS Bishop's Transcript. SEG Any Help to you??
