John Dobson died in 1885 leaving the property to his wife Hannah. In 1891 Hannah Dobson remarried became Hannah Jackson, wife of Robert Jackson. Hannah died in 1923 and number 55 Bennett Street was sold by her executors to Charles Benyon.
