General Store / Stage Stop.
William Sr.(Willie) was Grandfather's 1st born son by his 1st marriage, he owned one of the Saloons plus was
Deputy Sheriff of Pinal County. William Sr was shot on Feb.29th 1912,(leap year) died March 3rd 1912. Arizona became a State on Feb.14th 1912.
Granddad John ran their Ranch >
along with Driving Stage Coach, &
was a Pumper for Southern Pacific Railroad.
Grandmother Deloras (Lola)Feliz Owner.
> of the Cafe/Hotel/General Store, she also cooked for the vaquaros that worked their ranch.
Grandma's Mother's maiden name was Ramirez.
Alice was Williams (Willie) Sister
she moved later to Yuma.
My Grandparents had 3 son's,
Edward (Ed) John (Johnnie) Robert (Bobbie).
They all worked the at their JBarD Ranch, plus when moving to Tucson worked Southern Pacific Railroad. My dad was born in 1889, if alive today would be 117 years old. He passed away at the age of 74 after working SP for 36 years, he was assistant boiler maker on Locomotive #1673.
