My husband David Dobson's paternal grandfather James Skinner Gordon Dobson was born in Edinburgh, Scotland as was his father before him. He immigrated to Canada where he married a Ellen McTole. Interesting to note that on his grandmother's side the Muscular Dystrophy disability has been inherited on down. Looking for more info on Thomas Dobson, Bill and Bob Dobson and Gordon Dobson all living in Canada.
