Rebecca Doble married Thomas Borley at Bere
Ferrers in 1756-they are both buried there.
There are no Lukes in the family,but they may well be related.Where in Devon was Luke born?The only reference to Ireland is a copy of a photo,marked "Belfast" & a lady who looks the image of my grt.granny's sister,who never went to Ireland.My grt.uncle did emigrate to Oshawa c.1929.
