William Ashton Doble was born of Joseph Doble and Barbara Estes. He was born Aug 25, 1798. He had a surviving sister, Ursula.

Joseph was married before Barbara, had two children of the first marriage. I know nothing of his first wife, nor of those children. Joseph was born in Bucks Co, Pennsylvania in 1758.

Contact me for more info on William, his two wives, his 12 children, and in particular ABNER DOBLE, from whom I am descended.
