I don't think I can figure this out either. I can't find proof that Vesta Coburn is a child of Silas Coburn + Joanna Bridgham, but others have this info., so maybe it is so. And IF it is so, then Silas Coburn Doble married his first cousin, Laura Coburn Turner.

Marietta's parents, Silas and Joanna Bridgham, married in Sept. 1833. Vesta could have been their first child. And then Marietta 2nd, born May 1836.

You may have already done this, but if you go to the COBURN Genforum, you will see the info posted there on Marietta COBURN and her siblings. That starts a chain between myself and Joel Bridgham. Also #446 from COBURN. If you need more, let me know.

I am interested in more about the descendants of Silas Coburn Doble and Laura Turner.
