My grandfather, George W. Dobbs, was a sports editor for a Knoxville, TN newspaper for most of his adult life. His father was Charles Dobbs (married to Katherine Whipple) who was the Socialist party's presidential candidate in the early 1900's. I have contacted my brothers about this correspondence with you, and we will be taking Arthur's picture for you and digging out the geneological material my mother left us very soon to share with you.
