My great grandfather was Reubin or Ruberry DOBBS. He was born in 1821 and married Elizabeth MORELAND in 1853. He died about 1875 in Texas. I know that he lived at various times in Marion Co., AR, Franklin Co., AR, Red River Co., TX and Lamar Co., TX. His children included William Acie (died young), Margaret (married Bill Anglin), Phoebe (my grandmother, married Samuel Edgin) and Mary who never married.
Do you have any possilbe information? Ruberry has been very elusive.
