I will send you the newspaper accounts.
Why wouldn't Tewkesbury be covered by the Gloucestershire Record office? I could be wrong, but I don't think it was ever considered part of Worcestershire.
However, I was able to obtain these newspaper accounts via the Tewkesbury Historical Society.
The sudden deaths of Charles William and Phoebe Dobbs Anderson was cataclysmic in terms of the family. It's a very sad story ... with a mystery attached to it as well.
I'll save that for another time.
