My ggg grandfather was Michael Dobbs of Bethel NY. His father was William married to Harriet (Coleman). I believe his father was also William.
Michael died in Virginia during the Civil War. His wife Charlotte (Ramsey) raised their 4 children, Joseph (my gggrandfather), Nancy, Hariet and William.
I'm looking for information on this family.
