The William Dobbs I have was born 8-24-1877 in Alton, Oregon Co., MO, son of George Washington Dobbs and Margaret Barnes. He married Melvina England born 7-17-1876 in Elm Store, Randolph Co., AR, Daug. of Thomas R. England and Rebecca Dubois. They had the following children; Ida Bell, William Henry, Lilburn, Nancy J., and Tom Monty Dobbs. George Washington parents were both from TN but I need identification, would appreciate any help or advice anyone out there could offer. Would be interested in kin in all directions, up, down, and vertically. Do have a family portrait of George Dobbs's family.
