Linda - I have a copy of the death certificate of Sampson Cole Doan. It shows that he died at the age 76 years on July 16, 1915. It was signed by Mary Doan. Cause of death was "struck by railroad engine." One of his brothers was Henry Doan which was my gggrandfather. He had several brothers and sisters. I don't know the mother or father of his dad, Joseph. Sure wish I did. Let me know if you find out. Diana
