WHERE MAY I LOOK FOR OFFICIAL PAPERS ON THE ABOVE?? Rowan County or State of North Carolina. Also voluntarily took the Oath of Fidelity/Allegiance/Loyalty - proof required to purchace State lands. Where look for this?
