I have a letter written in 1931 from Irvin's wife, Bertha about the St. Thomas Area descendents. This shows that Irvin's Father was William, born 3/17/1830 in the St. Thomas area. Their parents were William, born 2/26/1793 d. 8/26/1873 and Sarah (?) b. 5/10/1798, d. 12/23/1877. I also have info on the other siblings, and some notes abou them. Certainly willing to photocopy, or scan and send to you. My g- grandfather was Charles Doan, married to Elizabeth Terwilliger. Our family was from Upper Michigan.
